I followed your removal steps and when I started up my brouser vgrabber (Bing search) became my home page. So it was not eradicated by your step by step process?

...Thanks for your respond. If you’ve already followed the steps, then you just need to set back your home page to your old one. Because vGrabber has modified it the time you installed to your PC.

You continue to amaze me with your selfish, autocratic, and annoying attempts to make people do what you want them to do with your software, and not allow us what we want. I do not want vGrabber as a program, I do not want Bing as a search engine, and if I could, would stop using MS products altogether …. but I guess that’s not a part of your plan, is it?
You are the worst kind of business model: forcing potential customers to do your bidding, regardless of their right to refuse or unsubscribe to it. Everytime I use anything associated with Microsoft (in this case, vGrabber), it makes me want to get further and further away.
Would call and complain personally, except Billy Boy would try to release the hounds after me at my own house.
